Mae Muller has been announced as the UK representative for the Eurovision Song Contest in May. The 25-year-old singer will perform the song "I Wrote A Song" at the event in Liverpool. BBC bosses and global management company TaP Music, known for representing clients such as Lana Del Rey and Ellie Goulding, selected Muller for the competition. TaP was also responsible for choosing Sam Ryder as the UK entrant for the 2022 event, where he came second behind Ukraine. Muller expressed her excitement about participating in such a massive music competition and representing the UK.
